ii) Impression of fear and pursuit.
iii) Background to imply a suggestion of veiled to align with title.

Veil of Silence is a gripping suspense novel delves into the ruthless pursuit of power and control spanning governments and nations, ultimately drawing two strangers together. As forces far greater than themselves close in, they must cling to their integrity while fighting to protect the people they love.

The publisher selected the second cover concept, inspired by the cinematic poster for The Adjustment Bureau. The design features a fleeing couple set against the backdrop of a historic English building, immediately establishing tension and scale. In the bottom-left doorway, I subtly incorporated a cloaked figure, adding an ominous undertone that suggests pursuit. The brushwork evokes the textures of veils, curtains, and netting, reinforcing the themes of surveillance, concealment, and unseen forces that define the thriller genre.
